Full current rating over line and temperature Fast transient response Fixedadjustable output voltage This range of high performance positive voltage regulators are designed for use in applications requiring low dropout performance at full rated current. They also provide excellent regulation over variations due to changes in line load and temperature. Outstanding features include low dropout performance at rated current fast transient response internal current limiting and thermal shutdown protection of the output devices. Order Codes N55CA and N57CA are supplied in TO 220 style cases. Order Code N58CA is supplied in TO 252 style cases.
