Installation is included; 2 PERSON assembly required. It is recommended the customer treats the summerhouse again either before or after installation. Please note that customers who have purchased a Mercia Portabase with their building must ensure that the area for installation is devoid of obstructions and not overly saturated with water. It is your responsibility to ensure that the ground it will sit on has a gradient no more than 65mm across the length or width of the base. If the fitting team deems the ground is not suitable, the installation will be aborted. Please be aware that our fitting team will not install the building onto a non Mercia specified portable base.
