Pinot Grigio is the nation's white ace originally brought here by Italians and tasting just as good as its expensive Latin counterparts. Aromas of fresh cut grass, pear and grapefruit followed by refreshing citrus flavours and zesty acidity. Serve nicely chilled alongside tiger prawns or grilled salmon steaks.
