It also uses Amicor 'intelligent' fabric to inhibit the growth of the fungus that live on dead skin cells and becomes food for dust mites. It really is the cleanest mattress option available. WashableThe design and durability of the PurFlo® mattress makes it suitable for machine washing at 60°C to ensure it's totally dust mite free. The PurFlo® mattress comprises a flexible frame around which the outer layer is fitted. This outer layer can be removed and washed whenever needed. Additional outer layers can be bought too for instant swap outs.
