For a little more user control, there are 17 Scene Modes where you can pick what king of scene is being photographed.Fantastic People PhotosThe S2995 has several features dedicated solely to producing great images of people. Face Detection detects up to 10 faces in any frame and optimises exposure and focus. In this mode there is automatic red eye removal and a zoom in feature for individual faces. Playback can be in slideshow format to leaf through the detected faces.In addition there are Blink Detection and Smile & Shoot Mode modes.
