The Inserts are simple to use slip them into your GoPro HD HEROs waterhousing this will then act as an aid to protect your camera from fogging in those cold temperatures or humid environments. Each set lasts 4 5* uses simply heat the anti fog inserts on a pan in the oven at 300° F for 5 minutes to dry after initial 4 uses this is not necessary for initial 4 uses. *Tropical regions with high humidity may only allow for 2uses per pair of inserts.
