The NightWatcher detects an intruders motion within the field of vision of the PIR and points the lamp directly at the intruder. As the intruder moves across the PIR field of vision the motorized NightWatcher lamp head takes aim and follows.The NightWatcher NW700 has a LED lamp powered by 8 x 1 watt LEDs with the brightness of a conventional halogen bulb but a fraction of the energy consumption also has a built in colour camera which is designed to record images or video when the sensor detects movement within range. Images or video are stored on the built in SD card which can be removed from the camera and played back on a TV or PC.
