The house is also insulated, heated and includes lighting. Designed and built to ensure longevity and low maintenance, this will become a family heirloom, coveted down through the generations. Measures 4m in length inc. stairs, 2.14m in width and 3.05m in height. 13 x 7 x 10ft. Each house is hand made at the factory. It is then delivered and assembled in a single day. We recommend that the house is set on a concrete base, which will need to be down a couple of weeks before the house can be set upon it.
