Consultant winemaker and Sauvignon expert Jean Marc Saubuoa was blown away by the quality of this wine. Forget any preconceptions you may have about this little known region, it's gradually gaining the recognition it deserves and hasn't really enjoyed since the time of the Tsars. Now is the time to be taking full advantage while prices remain so modest. Fresh cut grass and asparagus style with a hint of ripe passion fruit.
