A water repellent coating takes care of stopping the fabric getting waterlogged from the outside but as there's no laminated membrane, breathability is unhindered.Two hip pockets, a back pocket and a thigh pocket are all zipped for security, and the ankles have zipped expansion panels for when you're wearing big boots.
