The mobile computing equipment is protected perfectly by the case's aluminum construction with side walls made of extremely lightweight and durable ''Con Pearl'' fabric. The DataDesk 460470 Compact is lockable and comes with two keys. The inner shell onto which the hardware is mounted is made of thermoformed ABS components. Notebooks are held in place with 3M Dual Lock fasteners and synthetic corner supports. The printers will fit snugly into a compartment in the base of the case, specifically designed for a printer. This means that your notebook and printer will remain connected up in your case for when you want to work. The paper feed runs beneath the notebook to save space and keep the paper crease free. Two different adapters ensure that notebooks from different manufacturers can be connected. The inner shell of the case also accommodates an integral USB port for connecting up the USB cable. A 3D USB cable USB A to USB B is included, which enables the notebook to be connected to the printer.
