Relief of daily fatigue; states of exhaustion eg caused by stress, feeling of weakness, vitality deficiency. Prevention of vitamin and mineral deficiencies and treatment of associated symptoms. Soft capsule containing Vitamin C ascorbic acid 60 mg Magnesium 10 mg Vitamin A palmitate 2667 i u Vitamin E dl alpha tocopheryl acetate 10 mg Vitamin B12 cyanocobalamin 1 mcg Vitamin B2 riboflavin 1.6 mg Vitamin B6 pyridoxine hydrochloride 2 mg Nicotinamide niacin 18 mg Selenium 50 mcg Calcium 100 mg Zinc 1 mg Manganese 2.5 mg Copper 2 mg Vitamin B1 thiamine mononitrate 1.4 mg Standardised Panax ginseng extract G115 40 mg Vitamin D3 cholecalciferol 200 i u Biotin 150 mcg Folic acid 0.1 mg Iron 10 mg Lecithin 100 mg Dosage Adults 1 or 2 capsules per day. The first capsule should preferably be taken with breakfast and the second with lunch. Children not to be given.
