Xavier is renowned in Spain for making great Cava, but this gentle sparkler is much more special AND a lot rarer tiny amounts made each year for local celebrations ... and now for you too. Vibrant pink, with enticing red berry aromas and powerfully refreshing, juice filled strawberry and redcurrant flavours. Soft, gentle bubbles dance across the palate.
