Enter the immersive world of 1940's America, in L.A. Noire on PC. Following in the footsteps of other great Rockstar open world games, this action adventure takes an alternate approach to the classic grand theft auto style formula. In L.A. Noire you take the side of the law rather than the law breakers, playing as Cole Phelps, an LAPD officer with a city to patrol. Starting as a patrolman, you must work your way up through the L.A. police force by investigating cases, apprehending suspects and interviewing them in order to gain clues from their answers and secure an arrest. This is where L.A. Noire comes into its own, with an innovative approach to facial motion capture which allows you to see every twitch and movement on a suspect's face in order to judge their innocence. This technology makes the interrogation sections of the game seem extremely lifelike, and you will feel as if you really can make informed judgements based purely on the suspect's testimony. This is however only a small part of the game, as there is plenty of action to be had chasing suspects across the beautifully recreated city of 1940's Los Angeles. Prepare to be amazed by L.A. Noire!
