This 10ft x 8ft large two level wooden playhouse is built to look like a cute little cottage the perfect hideaway for any child. Entry to the house is through a single door with a large handle and a decorative hinges. There's an internal ladder with balustrade to access the top floor, where they'll find a great single bunk ideal for summer naps. The play house features 4 polystyrene glazed fixed windows that keep the interior well lit. Outside is a 3ft wide verandah suitable for a few kids chairs. Made from the highest quality red wood timber, this great playhouse is supplied unfinished and untreated. 'Kerbside' delivery only, on a pallet, via a hydraulic pallet truck which cannot be wheeled across a gravel drive or lawn.The playhouse can be installed directly onto a level patio area, pre prepared concrete base or directly onto level ground with the addition of rot resistant wooden bearers, available in the 'Accessories' tab.
