You can use this product after showering too after washing yourself, soak a flannel in the warm spray, put a few drops of Rosemary Bath onto the flannel and rub it over your body, inhaling the aroma.  Do not rinse off. Rosemary Bath can also be used to deodorise and freshen a sickroom just add a few drops to a bowl of warm water and allow the aroma to filter throughout the room.  Because of its very stimulating qualities, do not use late in the afternoonevening.
